Graphic Designer

Location: Remote / Hybrid | Department: Creative & Marketing

Are you a creative visual storyteller with a passion for modern fashion aesthetics?
Paul & Claire Sydney is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for our website, including banners, campaign visuals and product imagery.

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials for social media, emails and paid advertisements.

  • Strengthen the brand experience through elegant, modern and consistent design.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative ideas.

  • Ensure consistent application of the Paul & Claire Sydney brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in fashion or E-commerce is preferred).

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other essential design tools.

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, detail and modern design trends.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

  • A portfolio demonstrating previous design work.

Retail Sales Associate

Location: In-Store | Department: Retail & Customer Experience

Do you love women’s fashion and enjoy helping customers feel confident and stylish?
Paul & Claire Sydney is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide personalised style and fit advice.

  • Assist shoppers in finding the perfect size, outfit and accessories.

  • Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store presentation.

  • Support daily store operations, including restocking and cashier tasks.

  • Deliver exceptional service in-store and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, especially in women’s fashion, is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

  • Passion for fashion, styling and current trends.

  • Ability to give personalised recommendations tailored to each customer.
